This is very common in my behaviour. I have problems when I play golf and such. Causes very big anxiety attacks when things don’t go the way I practice for them.
@nonstopjc2k8 so is it over now?? i am currenlty having social anxiety problems.. i worry that it will never finish cuz its been an year almost i am having this problem.. i sweat somtimes socially.. and i sweat bad.. so i just worry will it ever stop sweating and i ll be able to be confident and talk to people as i used to??

I’ve had social anxiety problems for a good few years. I’ve struggled to overcome it, but this video helped me a lot.
That was a great video … she has such a soothing voice and calming demeanor! More and more I’m finding that that anxiety – excessive anxiety – stems with excessive self-preoccupation.
