How can I tell the difference between anxiety and actually being sick?

How can I tell the difference between anxiety and actually being sick?
My anxiety makes me feel sick. Like it makes me nauseous, sometimes I sweat, and am very fearful. Since I feel this way, I don’t go out just in case I’m actually sick.
How can I tell if I am actually sick or that it is just anxiety?
