I’ve tried meds with horrible side effects.I can’t take them.CBT hasn’t done much for me either,except make me fell worse.Maybe we should just accept ourselves the way we are?
CBT has helped me come off medication for Bipolar/Schizophrenia. It changed my life. I am extremely grateful for it. :D
