the thing is that if i saw him (you) on the street you would look like just another normal person. and even if you dont feel normal , everyone gets anxiety from time to time whether its stress from work or relationship problems. everyone wishes they were a bit different and that makes people insecure or anxious. its life roll with it, my opinion , good luck
Aw, thanks. :) Yes, with declining gas prices it’s one less thing for my worrying mind to worry about!
Hey atleast gas prices went down right? Kudos to you by the way.
It comes and it goes. It was the worst when it was “chemically” induced when I stopped taking Paxil 3 years ago. Now when I get it, I know its a sign of anxiety. In that respect, I try to use it in a positive way as a form of biofeedback. Not easy, though. :-)
Thanks so much. :) Your support really means a lot to me. How are you doing by the way with that symptom?
Seth
Nice job! I admire your dedication to being so methodical about this. I’m sure its making your sessions more effective. I totally relate to the dizzy/floaty feeling. Its my number 1 anxiety symptom and the one I have the hardest time accepting and relaxing through.
Also, your videos are very easy to watch. The effort you put into shooting them shows.
Indeed :)
Awesome!!
Thanks :) It went better than expected.
GREAT JOB SETH….
